header_6_text_shadow_vertical_length=\u00bbheader_6_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&#8243; header_6_text_shadow_blur_strength=\u00bbheader_6_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Ha entrado una norma Orden SND\/257\/2020, de 19 de marzo, por la que se declara la suspensi\u00f3n de apertura al p\u00fablico de establecimientos de alojamiento tur\u00edstico, de acuerdo con el art\u00edculo 10.6 del Real Decreto 463\/2020, de 14 de marzo, por el que se declara el estado de alarma para la gesti\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n de crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19 (BOE de 19 de marzo de 2020), que supone que los mismos han de estar cerrados.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa con mis reservas y mi vivienda vacacional?<\/h2>\n<p>Esto significa la suspensi\u00f3n de apertura al p\u00fablico de todos los hoteles y alojamientos similares, alojamientos tur\u00edsticos y otros alojamientos de corta estancia, campings, aparcamientos de caravanas y otros establecimientos similares, ubicados en cualquier parte del territorio nacional.<br \/>\nEn resumen, no se pueden realizar reservas mientras dure la situaci\u00f3n de alarma (de momento hasta el 12 de abril). Si la casa no est\u00e1 ocupada, la casa deber\u00e1 estar cerrada.<\/p>\n<p>Si por lo que fuera, el cliente sigue en la casa y no ha podido volver todav\u00eda a su pa\u00eds, se ha de quedar en casa, le hab\u00e9is de notificar las medidas del gobierno y no les podr\u00e1s ofrecer los servicios de limpieza y deber\u00e1 mantenerse \u00e9l mismo con la infraestructura de la casa (comida , etc\u2026). Se permiten ciertas labores de mantenimiento, y si por ejemplo el de la piscina acude a mantenerla, que no tenga contacto con los ocupantes y tome sus precauciones.<\/p>\n<p>Estas medidas se extender\u00e1n hasta la finalizaci\u00f3n de la declaraci\u00f3n del estado de alarma y de sus posibles pr\u00f3rrogas.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa con mis impuestos?<\/h2>\n<p>Como quiera que no vamos a poder realizar reservas, es probable que vuestra declaraci\u00f3n salga con resultado negativo o cero. En el caso de haber tenido reservas durante los meses de enero y febrero, y vuestra declaraci\u00f3n trimestral salga a pagar, las medidas hechas p\u00fablicas son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se conceder\u00e1 el aplazamiento del ingreso de la deuda tributaria correspondiente a todas aquellas declaraciones-liquidaciones y autoliquidaciones cuyo plazo de presentaci\u00f3n e ingreso finalice desde la fecha de entrada en vigor del presente real decreto-ley y hasta el d\u00eda 30 de mayo de 2020<\/li>\n<li>El plazo ser\u00e1 de seis meses<\/li>\n<li>No se devengar\u00e1n intereses de demora durante los
