Entre sus numerosas publicaciones como Doctor en Derecho por la Universidad de La Laguna, he tenido el placer de leer su libro \u201cLa Ordenaci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n de las Playas\u201d (Editorial Tirant Lo Blanch) en el que abarca todas las incidencias que el surf, desde un punto de vista de actividad deportiva y su incidencia en la regulaci\u00f3n existente sobre las playas y la zona mar\u00edtimo terrestre donde se practica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El autor concluye en su libro que, la ordenaci\u00f3n de este supuesto no est\u00e1 bien conseguida al sobreponerse varias competencias de diferentes administraciones p\u00fablicas a la hora de gestionar y regular una actividad deportiva de tanta incidencia en nuestras costas. Y esto supone de inicio que esa falta de claridad competencial hace que las regulaciones sean dispares, inconexas y sin una finalidad clara. Es el grave problema de una ausencia de seguridad jur\u00eddica para todos los administrados lo que complica a\u00fan m\u00e1s el asunto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Especialmente Canarias, que como todos podemos comprender es una privilegiada en cuanto a su costa y las posibilidades para la pr\u00e1ctica y desarrollo del surf y otros deportes n\u00e1uticos, carece de una normativa que sirva con eficacia a proteger nuestras costas y a fomentar la pr\u00e1ctica de deportes de este estilo, en un equilibrio l\u00f3gico entre el entorno y la actividad humana.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Fuerteventura, Reserva Mundial de Surf<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otros destinos mundiales para la pr\u00e1ctica de este deporte han logrado ordenar y proteger este patrimonio natural que son las playas y su zona mar\u00edtima donde se practica con un enfoque de fomentar un evidente inter\u00e9s deportivo y lograr una protecci\u00f3n del medio natural. Existen las denominadas <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reservas Mundiales de Surf, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en las que se busca obtener un equilibrio entre el desarrollo costero, la calidad del agua, la erosi\u00f3n, residuos marinos y por otro lado, colaborando con las comunidades locales lograr coincidir la protecci\u00f3n del entorno con la econom\u00eda local.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fuerteventura deber\u00eda ser una de ellas. Sabemos que el Cabildo ha designado varias olas en la isla que han de ser protegidas y es un buen paso para consolidar a la isla como destino, ordenado y eficiente, del mundo del surf.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We Law Surf.
