La isla ha sido destino y elecci\u00f3n de muchas personas que se han dado cuenta de las bondades de invertir en la isla. No podemos negar que nuestra isla es un destino preferente y quienes nos visitan desean quedarse o volver muchas veces.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias en primer lugar a nuestros clientes y amigos. Seguimos mejorando.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema legal en la isla est\u00e1 mejorando.<\/p>\n<h2>Seguridad jur\u00eddica en Fuerteventura para adquirir\/invertir en una propiedad.<\/h2>\n<p>El sistema de propiedad en la isla es seguro, las instituciones est\u00e1n respondiendo a la necesaria llamada de los operadores inmobiliarios otorgando la necesaria seguridad jur\u00eddica que ha de inspirar cualquier actuaci\u00f3n inversora. Hemos visto que muchos de los impedimentos para poder invertir, ausencia de diligencia y celeridad a la hora de resolver las peticiones de los administrados (licencias de construcci\u00f3n, planeamiento, informaci\u00f3n registral y servicios notariales, actos fiscales) est\u00e1n siendo modernizados y se est\u00e1n resolviendo en forma m\u00e1s \u00e1gil y eficiente.<\/p>\n<h2>Las Administraciones Municipales se modernizan.<\/h2>\n<p>Esperemos queden atr\u00e1s los retrasos injustificados por parte de las Administraciones Municipales a la hora de resolver las peticiones que la Ley otorga a los ciudadanos, que no es otra que se resuelvan los expedientes en un plazo prudencial, y de momento y as\u00ed lo esperamos, esta celeridad y rapidez se quede para siempre, no como deseo sino como obligaci\u00f3n que tienen las Administraciones P\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p>Hemos de ser sinceros y en especial en la zona norte, el Ayuntamiento de La Oliva y su Oficina T\u00e9cnica han desplegado una actividad incesante que nos ha sorprendido y agradado especialmente y no podemos sino estar encantados. Otro Ayuntamiento con grandes profesionales al frente como el de Antigua, han mejorado enormemente sus servicios y son noticias inspiradoras. Felicidades a todos los trabajadores municipales.<\/p>\n<p>No podemos olvidar que ciertos aspectos como el planeamiento obsoleto, la falta de recursos humanos, resoluci\u00f3n de grandes inversiones, conflictos tur\u00edstico-residenciales dem\u00e1s, siguen generando grandes problemas a los ciudadanos y seguimos emplazando a las Administraciones P\u00fablicas a que se modernicen, sean diligentes en sus respuestas (una resoluci\u00f3n tard\u00eda no es diligente) y ya como usuario y afectado, no den esas im\u00e1genes de confrontaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica ciertamente reprochables.<\/p>\n<h2>El Registro de la Propiedad en Fuerteventura. Un lujo asi\u00e1tico<strong>.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El sistema del Registro de la Propiedad funciona a la perfecci\u00f3n, con unos registradores eficientes y profesionales, que aseguran que el tr\u00e1fico inmobiliario sea seguro y otorgue seguridad a la hora de invertir. Un gustazo trabajar con ellos. Felicidades a todos ellos y a sus equipos.<\/p>\n<h2>Los Notarios en Fuerteventura. Libre elecci\u00f3n y servicios excepcionales.<\/h2>\n<p>Tenemos unos notarios de nivel alt\u00edsimo que, sin perjuicio de la inmensa actividad desarrollada, han ofrecido un nivel de atenci\u00f3n y rigor jur\u00eddico perfectamente comparable sino superior, a cualquier servicio notarial en cualquier parte de Espa\u00f1a. El celo profesional en su asesoramiento y la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica desarrollada, el personal a su cargo, siempre bajo la premisa obligatoria de la libre designaci\u00f3n del notario que nos permite elegir al notario que mejor se adapte a nuestras exigencias o intereses, nos hacen estar agradecidos en su actuar. Felicidades igualmente a ellos y sus equipos.<\/p>\n<h2>La Hacienda P\u00fablica nos escucha, lo que no est\u00e1 mal.<\/h2>\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria, que siempre nos da miedo, est\u00e1 siendo \u00e1gil en sus tr\u00e1mites y se han mejorado los servicios al ciudadano, lo que siempre es un regalo por cuanto la mayor indefensi\u00f3n jur\u00eddica es no conocer a qu\u00e9 nos enfrentamos. Gracias igualmente.<\/p>\n<h2>Los Militares y el Derecho de Propiedad<strong>.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los militares, a la hora de conceder las autorizaciones a los ciudadanos que no son miembros de la UE, han de demostrado que esta agilidad demostrada es trasladable a ellos.
