header_6_text_shadow_vertical_length=\u00bbheader_6_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&#8243; header_6_text_shadow_blur_strength=\u00bbheader_6_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&#8243; background_pattern_color=\u00bbrgba(0,0,0,0.2)\u00bb background_mask_color=\u00bb#ffffff\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Consulta p\u00fablica previa relativa a la ordenaci\u00f3n del uso Tur\u00edstico de Viviendas.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El Gobierno de Canarias ha presentado su iniciativa legislativa para regular las viviendas vacacionales.\u00a0 \u00a0La iniciativa pretende la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana para que se propongan ideas sobre c\u00f3mo se ha de regularizar la Vivienda Vacacional.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Los problemas que se pretenden solucionar con la iniciativa.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>No es menos cierto que el texto de la iniciativa ya demuestra una cierta asunci\u00f3n de que la vivienda vacacional es causa de ciertos problemas como la falta de ingresos y fiscalidad, de aumentar la capacidad de carga, de la falta de vivienda en la isla, razones que quiz\u00e1s no todos consideren que son la causa eficiente de esos problemas.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Es bueno participar.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lo cierto es que todos podemos aportar ideas para que la nueva Ley sea conforme a los intereses que defend\u00e9is y es una excelente oportunidad para que se presenten opiniones, propuestas, ideas y todo lo que entend\u00e1is es bueno que el Gobierno de Canarias sepa. Es bueno participar.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Las ventajas tambi\u00e9n deben valorarse.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>LAJARES LAW OFFICES no considera que la forma m\u00e1s id\u00f3nea para regular a las Viviendas Vacacionales sea partiendo atribuir directamente los posibles conflictos que su existencia generan, eso ya de inicio puede condicionar posiciones y generar a\u00fan m\u00e1s conflictividad.
