Mario es fot\u00f3grafo profesional y director de fotograf\u00eda. Antes la mayor parte de su trabajo se desarrollaba en el extranjero, pero ahora muchas de sus fotos est\u00e1n hechas en Fuerteventura. Como freelance, he viajado por todo el mundo capturando im\u00e1genes para mis clientes. Un ejemplo de mi trabajo es el documental que realic\u00e9 para Greenpeace, en el cual colabor\u00e9 para apoyar al planeta con mi granito de arena, cediendo mis im\u00e1genes y edici\u00f3n en \u00abQuerida Madre Tierra\u00bb, junto al actor Rodolfo Sancho, quien reside en la isla. Antes de la pandemia, la mayor parte de mi trabajo se desarrollaba en el extranjero. Sin embargo, tras el gran cambio que han experimentado las compa\u00f1\u00edas y el impacto de las redes sociales en la sociedad, ahora tengo m\u00e1s trabajo en Fuerteventura.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cu\u00e9ntanos un poco m\u00e1s sobre tu trabajo, tu visi\u00f3n y tu misi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mi misi\u00f3n siempre ha sido capturar \u00absentimientos visuales\u00bb, tal como expresa el eslogan de mi web: \u00abSearching Visual Feelings\u00bb. Creo que el tratamiento de la luz y mi pasi\u00f3n por transmitir emociones a trav\u00e9s de la imagen me han convertido en un aut\u00e9ntico enamorado de mi trabajo. Agradezco cada d\u00eda poder vivir de lo que me apasiona, algo que considero un verdadero lujo.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Adem\u00e1s de tu trabajo, \u00bfqu\u00e9 te gusta hacer?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Llegu\u00e9 a la isla hace 29 a\u00f1os atra\u00eddo por el mar y sus condiciones. El surf es una de las principales razones por las que decid\u00ed quedarme aqu\u00ed, y la soledad del Mal Pa\u00eds me hace sentir la isla como mi hogar. Hace dos a\u00f1os, redescubr\u00ed mi amor por el viento. El windsurf fue lo que originalmente me trajo a la isla; antes de establecerme aqu\u00ed, viv\u00ed siete a\u00f1os en Tarifa. La masificaci\u00f3n y la falta de buenos d\u00edas de olas me hicieron trasladarme a La Oliva. Despu\u00e9s de pasar un invierno en La isla de Maui Hawaii no podia volver a Tarifa, quer\u00eda lo mismo que vivi en la meca del deporte y Canarias es el Hawaii Europeo.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde vienes?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Soy de Madrid, aunque debido a que mi padre se dedicaba al esqu\u00ed, pas\u00e9 poco tiempo en la capital. Apenas recuerdo fines de semana en la ciudad. Mis padres me ense\u00f1aron a amar la naturaleza, y nunca me han gustado los sem\u00e1foros.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo viniste por primera vez a Fuerteventura?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mi primera visita a la isla fue hace 34 a\u00f1os, en 1990, cuando vine a Jand\u00eda y me quede dos meses para la Copa del Mundo de Velocidad, en la que participaba un amigo. En aquel entonces, apenas hab\u00eda construcciones; el Meli\u00e1 Gorriones era de lo poco que exist\u00eda. Recuerdo un Puerto del Rosario con la presencia de la Legi\u00f3n y las gigantes dunas de Corralejo en mi camino hacia Lanzarote, completamente desprovistas de vegetaci\u00f3n y de un tama\u00f1o muy superior al que tenemos ahora invadiendo la carretera cada vez que azotaba el Alisio.<\/p>\n<h3><strong> \u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que m\u00e1s te gusta de Fuerteventura?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Su tranquilidad.
