El trabajo se titula <em>\u201cEl turismo de Canarias, un multimodelo a revisi\u00f3n\u201d,<\/em> dirigida por Rosa Rodr\u00edguez D\u00edez.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan este estudio,<u> los datos utilizados por el Gobierno de Canarias para justificar el anteproyecto de ley de vivienda vacacional son err\u00f3neos y han de depurarse en forma importante<\/u>, concluyendo que el problema de la vivienda vacacional var\u00eda en gran medida de un municipio a otro y que las conclusiones de los datos son equivocadas. Estamos ante una lucha de datos pero s\u00ed es sorprendente que desde unos \u201cmismos\u201d datos se llegue a conclusiones o posturas tan distanciadas.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que s\u00ed podemos compartir de este estudio es la siguiente conclusi\u00f3n o premisa sobre un dato que parece no contradictorio. Si gran parte de las viviendas vacacionales est\u00e1n en zonas tur\u00edsticas, es decir, las zonas donde el planeamiento quiere que est\u00e9n los turistas separados de los residentes, <em>art 3 <\/em><em>c) de la Ley 2\/213 de modernizaci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica de Canarias <\/em>\u201c<em> Evitar y, en su caso, reconducir la residencializaci\u00f3n de las \u00e1reas tur\u00edsticas\u201d <\/em><u>\u00a0no parece l\u00f3gico que se pongan l\u00edmites para la implantaci\u00f3n de viviendas vacacionales en esas zonas si en las mismas no desea la norma que haya viviendas residenciales permanentes. <\/u><\/p>\n<p>Es l\u00f3gico pensar que en esa zona tur\u00edstica no existe el conflicto por la falta de vivienda residencial permanente con el derecho a una vivienda digna, por cuanto la norma no quiere, manifestado expresamente y en todas las leyes tur\u00edsticas y de ordenaci\u00f3n del territorio, que la gente resida en dicha zona junto con los turistas.<\/p>\n<p>Eso s\u00ed, en un golpe de tim\u00f3n bastante radical o un cambio de postura, ahora el Gobierno considera que los trabajadores deber\u00edan vivir cerca de su puesto de trabajo, no debiendo desplazarse largas distancias por razones de emisiones y dem\u00e1s argumentos e impl\u00edcitamente parecen buscar la residencializaci\u00f3n de las zonas tur\u00edsticas. Esto parece contradecirse con lo claramente manifestado por la norma y por el legislador canario sobre las zonas tur\u00edsticas y la b\u00fasqueda de evitar la residencializaci\u00f3n en las mismas.
