El padr\u00f3n, un instrumento fundamental.<\/b><\/h3>\n

El Padr\u00f3n no es simplemente un registro de personas. Es un instrumento fundamental para la administraci\u00f3n local, ya que recoge informaci\u00f3n clave sobre los residentes del municipio.\u00a0Los datos del Padr\u00f3n se utilizan para calcular la poblaci\u00f3n de un municipio, lo cual tiene una influencia directa en la distribuci\u00f3n de la representaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y los recursos econ\u00f3micos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recientemente<\/span> el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Estado (BOE) confirma la obligatoriedad de estar empadronado en el municipio donde se reside habitualmente, <\/b>regulado por el<\/span> art\u00edculo 63 del Real Decreto 1690\/1986,<\/a> de 11 de julio<\/b>.<\/b><\/p>\n

El incumplimiento de esta norma puede acarrear sanciones econ\u00f3micas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
