les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s utilis\u00e9es comme locations de vacances.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La nouvelle loi pr\u00e9voit une limitation \u00e0 10 % pour les maisons de vacances, sauf si l&rsquo;urbanisme municipal justifie une proportion diff\u00e9rente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9lai de 10 ans apr\u00e8s la construction.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s ne peuvent pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour des locations de vacances avant dix ans apr\u00e8s leur construction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Interdictions pour les logements sociaux.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est express\u00e9ment interdit d&rsquo;utiliser les logements sociaux (VPO) \u00e0 des fins touristiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Plus de pouvoir pour les conseils locaux.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chaque municipalit\u00e9 a ses propres particularit\u00e9s et, avec la nouvelle loi, les conseils locaux seront charg\u00e9s de d\u00e9cider quelles zones sont adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;implantation de nouvelles maisons de vacances et lesquelles ne le sont pas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Renouvellement des d\u00e9clarations sous serment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les licences seront valables pour une p\u00e9riode limit\u00e9e de cinq ans et pourront \u00eatre renouvel\u00e9es si la r\u00e9glementation est respect\u00e9e et si la zone dans laquelle se trouve le logement continue \u00e0 autoriser l&rsquo;utilisation touristique des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment aux d\u00e9cisions prises par les municipalit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nouvelles exigences en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9 et de qualit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s utilis\u00e9es comme maisons de vacances doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des exigences de base en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de qualit\u00e9, de durabilit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment la nouvelle loi affecte-t-elle les maisons de vacances existantes ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span
