header_6_text_shadow_vertical_length=\u00a0\u00bbheader_6_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&Prime; header_6_text_shadow_blur_strength=\u00a0\u00bbheader_6_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p>Un r\u00e8glement a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 Ordonnance SND \/ 257\/2020, du 19 mars, qui d\u00e9clare la suspension de l&rsquo;ouverture des \u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;h\u00e9bergement touristique, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 10.6 du d\u00e9cret royal 463\/2020, du 14 mars, d\u00e9clarant l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;alerte des la gestion de la situation de crise sanitaire caus\u00e9e par COVID-19 (BOE du 19 mars 2020).<\/p>\n<h2>Impact sur ma maison de vacances?<\/h2>\n<p>Ce r\u00e8glement suspend l&rsquo;ouverture au public de tous les h\u00f4tels, touristes et autres h\u00e9bergements de courte dur\u00e9e, campings, parcs de caravanes et autres \u00e9tablissements similaires, situ\u00e9s dans n&rsquo;importe quelle partie du territoire national. Vous ne pouvez donc accepter aucune r\u00e9servation pendant la p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;alerte (pour l&rsquo;instant jusqu&rsquo;au 12 avril). Si votre maison de vacances n&rsquo;est pas occup\u00e9e, elle doit \u00eatre ferm\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Si, pour quelque raison que ce soit, des locataires restent dans votre propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et n&rsquo;ont pas encore pu retourner dans leur pays d&rsquo;origine, vous devez les informer des mesures et restrictions impos\u00e9es par les autorit\u00e9s espagnoles et vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 les rendre des service de nettoyage, blanchisserie ou autres services logistiques. Certaines t\u00e2ches d&rsquo;entretien sont autoris\u00e9es, par exemple le nettoyage de la piscine et le jardinage, au cas o\u00f9 ils n&rsquo;auraient aucun contact avec les occupants et ils prendraient leurs pr\u00e9cautions.<\/p>\n<p>Ces mesures sont impos\u00e9es jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin de la d\u00e9claration de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;alerte et de ses \u00e9ventuelles prorogations.<\/p>\n<h2>Et mes imp\u00f4ts?<\/h2>\n<p>Comme vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 accepter des r\u00e9servations, il est probable que vos taxes seront n\u00e9gatives.
