Le gouvernement des \u00eeles Canaries a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son initiative l\u00e9gislative visant \u00e0 r\u00e9glementer les maisons de location de vacances.\u00a0 L’initiative vise \u00e0 impliquer les citoyens en proposant des id\u00e9es sur la mani\u00e8re dont les maisons de vacances devraient \u00eatre r\u00e9glement\u00e9es. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Les probl\u00e8mes que l’initiative est cens\u00e9e r\u00e9soudre.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Le texte de l’initiative part du principe que les maisons de location de vacances sont la cause de certains probl\u00e8mes tels que le manque de revenus et d’imp\u00f4ts, l’augmentation de la capacit\u00e9 de charge de l’\u00eele, le manque de logements r\u00e9sidentiels sur l’\u00eele, …<\/p>\n
