Qu’est-ce que le plan g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d’urbanisme ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Le \u00ab\u00a0Plan General de Ordenaci\u00f3n\u00a0\u00bb (PGO) ou plan g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d’am\u00e9nagement est un document strat\u00e9gique de planification urbaine. C’est l’instrument juridique qui, apr\u00e8s avoir analys\u00e9 la situation d’une zone sp\u00e9cifique, de notre zone rurale et de notre mode de vie, rel\u00e8ve les d\u00e9fis de l’avenir au moyen des techniques d’urbanisme appropri\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Quel est l’impact de ce plan g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d’am\u00e9nagement sur mes droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Les instruments d’urbanisme pr\u00e9d\u00e9terminent, dans une certaine mesure, le statut des droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Ils le limitent et le conditionnent par cette intervention publique dans la d\u00e9termination du statut juridique du terrain.<\/p>\n

Le conseil municipal de La Oliva a r\u00e9cemment approuv\u00e9, au sein de la Junta de Gobierno, la commission charg\u00e9e de l’\u00e9laboration du tr\u00e8s attendu Plan General de Ordenaci\u00f3n (PGO). Apr\u00e8s des d\u00e9cennies de fonctionnement dans les limites des r\u00e8gles subsidiaires de l’ann\u00e9e 2000 , La Oliva se lance dans l’\u00e9laboration d’un PGO qui favorisera un d\u00e9veloppement urbain plus ordonn\u00e9 et plus durable dans la municipalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le nouveau plan de gestion g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de La Oliva vise \u00e0 actualiser et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la planification territoriale de la municipalit\u00e9, en int\u00e9grant des crit\u00e8res de durabilit\u00e9 et de transition \u00e9cologique. Une fois mis en \u0153uvre, ce plan marquera une avanc\u00e9e significative dans la gestion urbaine et environnementale de La Oliva, garantissant un d\u00e9veloppement ordonn\u00e9 et durable pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures.<\/p>\n
